Building Standards/Permits

Town of Troy adopted I.C. 36-7-9 for enforcement of building standards. The provisions of I.C. 36-7-9, as currently in effect and as amended from time to time, was adopted by the Town for enforcement of building standards within the Town and its jurisdictional limits. Building Permits are required and before being issued, building plans must be submitted and approved by the Troy Planning & Zoning Board and Troy Town Council.
